Rock 'n' Roll est un album de reprises de John Lennon, sorti en 1975. Il contient des reprises de classiques du Rock 'n' roll tels que « Stand by Me » de Ben E. King, dont Paul McCartney était fan lors de sa rencontre avec Lennon.
