Le département d'État des États-Unis (United States Department of State) est, aux États-Unis, le ministère des Affaires étrangères du pays et est dirigé par le Secrétaire d'État des États-Unis.
Son siège se trouve dans le bâtiment Harry S. Truman, à quelques pâtés de maison de la Maison Blanche, dans le quartier de Foggy Bottom, à Washington, D.C.
