Ultramega OK est le premier album de Soundgarden.
L'album fut enregistré en 1988 chez SST Records, et fut nominé au Grammy Award de la meilleure performance metal. Selon le frontman Chris Cornell, le titre de l'album était une plaisanterie du guitariste Kim Thayil.
