This picture win the first price in a photo contest. For the Fédération Québécoise pour le saumon atlantique (Québec Atlantic Salmon fédération)

All the 3 judges was professionals photographers.

Criterias was subject, framing, texture, the rule of the thirds, clearness, saturation of the colors.

The picture was publied in Saumon illimités magazine. Winter 2001, volume 24 number 1.
