Apologies for posting in English: Most of the information on Lopez is poorly sourced, the only primary sources we have found from the time are two AP wires from the 1980's (copied onto a third party site) which say he was convicted of 3 murders and confessed to 300. No corroborating evidence has been found (which doesn't mean it doesn't exist), with the exception of an alleged interview by a sensationalist tabloid writer.
