Nigel Hugh Williams , né le 8 janvier 1961 à Neath (Pays de Galles), est un arbitre international gallois de rugby à XV.

Il a arbitré son premier test match le 8 juin 2002, il s'agissait d'un match opposant la Nouvelle-Zélande à l'Italie.
Williams a arbitré notamment trois matchs de coupe du monde de rugby 2003 et trois matchs du tournoi des six nations (au 30-07-06).
