Lyla Pinch Brock est une égyptologue, archéologue canadienne spécialisée en épigraphie, qui vit et travaille en Égypte.

Elle participe a deux importants projets, « Tell Borg Project » et « Theban Mapping Project » pour le compte du musée royal de l'Ontario.

Lors d'une fouille de la tombe KV55 in 1993, Lyla Pinch Brock découvre un ostracon peint d'une partie du plan originel de la tombe.

Elle est également responsable des fouilles de la tombe thébaine TT120 où repose Anen, le beau-frère du pharaon Amenhotep III.
