Ivry-sur-Seine is located in the Southern inner suburbs of Paris, in France. This is a photograph of the Town Hall, a snowy day of February 2005.
It was taken by me, Joelinux. I'm no professionnal photograph as you can see, but snow is rather rare, and then there's nobody outside. Maybe i should put another photograph when we will be in summer, because that looks somewhat sad !
