Follow The Leader est le 2e album du groupe de rap Eric B. & Rakim sorti en 1988. Cet album est pour beaucoup considéré comme l'un des albums majeurs du Hip-Hop. En 1998, le magazine américain The Source l'a d'ailleurs classé parmi les 100 meilleurs albums de rap.
