Ernie Ladd, né le 28 novembre 1938 et décédé le 10 mars 2007, était un joueur américain de football américain. Il connut quatre sélection en équipe des étoiles en 1962, 1963, 1964 et 1965. Il était considéré comme le plus fort et le plus puissant joueur de son temps.
Après sa carrière en AFL, il devient catcheur. Il rejoint la World Wrestling Entertainment en 1968 et y accumula les succès. Il fut introduit au Hall of Fame de la WWE en 1995.
