Les conditions de réutilisation du contenu de la Wikipédia par d'autres sites Web.
La licence de documentation libre GNU demande :
- que tout travail dérivatif doit être distribué avec la même licence ;
- que la licence soit mentionnée avec l'article ;
- que le nom des auteurs soit mentionné, ce qui peut être fait avec un lien vers l'article correspondant.
Cela ne s'applique pas aux textes qui ont été mis dans le domaine public, à ceux dont les auteurs ont donné une permission, et pour les usages qui font partie de l'usage loyal (fair use). Voir aussi Wikipedia:Droit d'auteur

[modifier] Verbatim copies
A non-derived version of a Wikipedia Document is one that qualifies under section 2 (verbatim copying), section 3 (copying in quantity) or section 6 (extraction of a single document). Typically, a verbatim copy of a Document will be taken from Wikipedia's printable version.
Solely for the purposes of this list, in a non-derived version, you may not add, remove, or change any content or links, except to:
- Change links to other Wikipedia articles to point to local copies of such articles.
- Change links to Wikipedia:Copyrights to point to a local copy of the GFDL.
- Changing the sentence "All text is available under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License" to indicate what is available - this is particularly useful when aggregating by embedding.
- Changing the phrase Retrieved from "http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Text_of_the_GNU_Free_Documentation_License". This page was last modified 00:19, 16 Oct 2003. to some other form of linking to the Wikipedia article in question.
Note that removing the text "From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia" is not considered verbatim copying for the purposes of this list. Also note that these exceptions may be legally dubious.
Under section 7 (aggregation with independant works) you may aggregate the Document with other separate and independent documents or works. Solely for the purposes of this list:
- Embedding a Wikipedia Document within a larger webpage is an acceptable aggregate. However, you must waive any "compilation copyright" over the webpage as a whole.
- Running a website that includes Wikipedia Documents and other documents or works is an acceptable aggregate. However, you must waive any "compilation copyright" over the website as a whole.
