Barry Manilow est un compositeur, chanteur et producteur américain né le 17 juin 1943 à New York, (États-Unis). Homme de scène multi-récompensé, comme encore son dernier spectacle à Las Vegas, meilleur spectacle de variété aux Emmy Awards 2006.
Compositeur entre autre de la chanson "Could It Be Magic", hymne des enfoirés en 2006 (sous le titre "Le Temps Qui Court"). Premier interprète du succès internationnal de Barbra Streisand, "Memory".
Il fut invité à l'inauguration de la coupe du monde de football en 1994 ainsi qu'au mariage du prince Charles et de Lady Di.
